We bought a 2 drawer dishwasher from Jeff Lynch that lasted 2 weeks past the warrantee.\r
We ended up getting a replacement after numerous attempts were made to repair that one.\r
We bought a 4 year extended warrantee on the 2nd dishwasher, and that is good, because we have had to have it repaired several times, and I am preparing to call them again.\r
I don't think this reflects poorly on Jeff Lynch, but on Kithchenaid.
