I was far from satisfied with one of the sales people there. He is a service rep. To start this Im a 22 year old girl who he probably thought he could screw over. Anyway, I went in to get a new starter which was $260 and the labor which he said was $300 (RIDICULOUS) after taxes the total came out to be $625 which is completely outrageous. Every place is around the same price for labor (about $8 an hour) Before even touching my car I called another Honda dealership and got a price from them, their price was $200 cheaper than what this man gave me. After arguing with this service rep he went down $200 which means he was trying to screw me over completely for $200 so he can make comition of of me. After all that I wanted my old starter back and he said it was going to be $50 for a starter that is MINE in the first place. After all this nonsense he tells me the price will be $420 before tax which means it would have been $470 with tax. My total was $520 so once again he was trying to scre
