I've been going here for years and until recently I've had good experiences with hawks prairie. I recently called in for a quote on some regularly scheduled maintenance for my wifes car and was quoted $150-$200 dollars I dropped off the car under my wifes name keys in the night drop off. When she called the next afternoon to check on status of her car the phone price went up to almost $600. They said that they had missed some maintenance costs that the manufacture recommended which is bs because what i was told needed to be done over the phone was what was on my recommended maintanance booklet in my glovebox. I dont want to call them liars and would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but this seams to be happening more with these guys than before.
