I placed my order on Aug 12, 5 days later, I called many times, left messages,put on hold three times. Finaly,I was told they haven't download my order yet. Asked to free upgrade to a fast shipment,the anwser was no way!Very bad service,bad altitude, never return phone calls, even didn't say sorry about the delay! I orded from this company before,but now the products quality and customer service are really going down!
