These guys are too bad for words. I gave suitacse for repair on 9th July, cleared the cost estimate on the spot. I aclled back a week later and was promisedf that my call will be returned in an hours time with status. 5 weeks and another 2 calls later, I just soke to some one called Ajith at Main Luggage.
