We have been going to Cafe de France for the past 4 Months, and every visits is as good as the last if not better, I beleive the new Chef is Hal, your cooking rocks he is one good cook!. However our recent visit over the weekend we were very dissapointed at the food. My partner had the Boullabaise (the spicest on the planet) so hot i cannot eat it, and i had the coq au vin. . . it tasted like. . . we'll first it was so huge second it look pail and raw looking and third it tasted like the chicken fell inside the red wine for 20 minutes and served (YUK!) what is going on inside that kitchen? is Chef Hal still there???? who is cooking these horrible food?????? I won't go back. The service was professional and attentive.
