The owner Mike Simms and wine/restaurant manager Chris Redondo are the most dynamic combo in the high-end restaurant business today. They educate their friendly staff on their ever evolving wine list and food so well you would think they all are managers! Also, the Tin Roof does an excellent job in carrying boutique wines that are pure quality w/ value. Great job peoples!
