Carlo and Joe were very punctual, professional and polite. They worked quickly and did a great job on the carpets. Removed all the stains and gave me advice on removing stains myself between cleanings. I am very impressed with the dry clean process and love the fact that you can walk on the floors immediately (i.e. no drying time).\r
