Our carpets are 12 years old, and had not been cleaned for three or four years. The carpets looked better than expected when the job was done, and it only took 1.5 hours for 530 sq. ft. and 13 steps. Not having to wait for the carpets to dry was great, too. Carlo had an excellent customer service attitude and good communication skills, and Joe was friendly as well. We don't know what competing companies charge, but we thought we got good value for the price.
