Vance and Tia did a wonderful job on my carpets. I've used carpet cleaners in Connecticut and in North Carolina and have never been satisfied. We have light-colored carpeting in the bedroom wing and have a 3 year old puppy. Hight traffic marks and stains were all removed and the carpet was left just slightly damp, drying completely in no time. The dry cleaning process was very impressive and Vance explained to me how to keep up with the stains. I am very impressed with the service and professional people.
