We had carpets that had been the victims of 10 years of young children and really felt that they would have to be replaced. We never thought they could be cleaned sufficiently to keep them for another few years. Well, Victor and his crew made us believers. They moved furniture, cleaned areas by hand that the machines could not reach, and throughout it all, maintained a friendly, cheerful, professional attitude. We were very impressed and very gratified.
