They were soo professional and nice and my carpets look great. They go up and beyond costumer service and in making sure the customer is 100% satisfied and happy. I've never delt with a carpet cleaning company that was so polite on the phone and in person as with J2 they are definantly one of a kind and i'm very happy that i called them. I will call again for future carpet cleaning.
