Craig really helped me out. Went in to buy a replacement glass piece for a ceiling fan. After some explaining he got me the right part and said here you go... I walked out with the right part for FREE. 5 years after the fan had been purchased there. Probably not the experience I would of had if I walked into Lowes or HomeDepot.
