I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at The Laptop Guy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the diagnostics and repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my service advisor, Devin, was very easy to work with. I'm not the most computer-savvy person, but he did a great job of explaining things so that I understood what was going on with my laptop, and I always felt well-informed about the progress of repairs.\r
