Free wine..that depends! Beware the semi-tall Asian women behind the register. Minimum $10 pp we were told to qualify for free wine while others were greeted with wine and menus prior to ordering. Chinos don't like Latinos!!! Boycott this place and enjoy one of the other 100 Chinese restaurants on the UWS. Stay away!
