I obtained damage to my trunk from the security gate at work. I called a few places for an estimate but felt like they didn't want to take care of me, until I went to Scotty's. They were very detailed in explaining how it needed to be fixed, we even asked if they could take off the dealership sticker. They said they could get me in the following Monday (I saw them on Saturday). Tuesday they called me because I had not dropped off the car. I explained that I needed someone from work to follow me so I had a ride back. They told me there was no need to find someone...Scotty's took me back to work. I couldn't believe this ""mom & pop"" shop would even offer that. I was kept informed every step of the process by Louie and Curtis. I got my car back and it looks GREAT and without the dealership sticker. WooHoo!
The customer service at this shop is top notch. I will be telling everyone to go there.
