I have been shopping at Sam's Warehouse Liquors for over 10 years. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. In the past there have been two, maybe three owners who have not cared or have treated people not so great...The current owners and the staff there are happy and extremely helpful. They are always willing to suggest items, help you find an item and Fred always has a great wine suggestion if I am having a dinner party or am taking wine to an event. The cashiers are upbeat, cheerful and if they don't know an answer, they find someone who can answer my questions! \r
A lot of people like to shop at the ""big box"" stores where there is very little, if no help, and feel that that is considered ""normal"" customer service....Sure, it may be a ""newer, slicker"" store, but what of the experience? I can't tell you how much I rely on this store for all my liquor needs and my neighbors feel the same!!! Support your local store!!! It is a large store with an intimate feel....I feel like I am walking into Cheers!...Where everyone knows your name!!! Way to go Sam's!!! Kudos to you!!! \r
My husband loves coming here and he shoots the breeze with the staff members and with Audrey and with Fred....Honestly, this store can't be beat...Try it...you'll be pleasantly surprised...It might just be one of your favorite stores too!!!!!
