I'm a long time resident of Heritage Square south and I like the HOA but the people who run it are just AWFUL!!! The president says he is a engineer but he is a janitor at a old las vegas casino/hotel. I have caught him and some other accomplice doing illegal surveillance outside of my residence and others as well, trying to catch people braking any rules and fining them. On one occasion a resident opened there front door and a dog ran out but the owner called it back and secured it in there residence,but they received a fine for not having a dog on a leash, a dog that was not even out for a 40 seconds. I also have witnessed people making complaints about other residents with no proof or evidence nor have actually witnessed a violation occur and reporting it to there HOA board member friends and a unassuming resident receive a fine. You can not just fine someone just by thinking they did it, like on one occasion I know of that a resident received a fine because someone reported that the saw there cat out side not on a leash. How do you know if its there cat or just some stray that hangs around the neighborhood. I like Heritage Square but I am looking else where to live and I think someone should think twice before buying a home there. That is all.
