When my HP Laser broke, i thought it was going to cost a fortune. I called them up, and they talked me thru fixing it over the phone! turns out, the toner i bought from somewhere else was busted/defective. I just bought a new one from Laser Way for cheaper than i got from the other place. Friendly service! Cheap toner! I'll definitely be using them again!
