Complete idiots, and very snooty/arrogant too. Took my vintage Cannondale there for repairs, figuring they'd know what they are doing and have access to parts since they are a Cannondale dealer. They totally fouled up the repair job, and became very arrogant when I (politely) asked about the problems. Clearly the don't give a d*** about me or my bike.
