This company does not even deserve one star. The customer service is nonexcistant. The service man came out over a month ago and said it would take a week to get the part. After a month had past I called and was told the part was not in unless it had come in today. I was told by Heather that she would call me when it came in. I asked her to follow up and give me a call back. At first she refused saying she would call when it came in. After I insisted she call with an update she agreed to but then never called me back. Today I spoke with a ""new: guy and he said the part was back ordered and did not have any idea when it would be in.; they would call me when it arrived. I understand Wally Corbet is the owner but obviously he has so much business he doesn't care about customer service.
