While visiting friends in a nearby town, we took a ride to Platte City to eat at Shields Manor Bistro. What a treat! The food, service and the hosts were all incredible! Love the ambience and all of the attention to detail. DeDe and Max Shields, (she's the Chef and he's the Host), were awesome! You've got to put this spot on your list of places to dine, but make sure to call in advance since they have only limited seating. Very Cool!
