You pay a lot of money for a great experience. I feel bad for the staff because the first impression people are awful. I cannot believe I went back a second time and I will not make that mistake again. When I checked in it was COLD to say the least. No hello, no welcome but just a loud...LAST NAME?..then I was ""pointed"" to find a door that was out of site and told to go in on my own and find the lobby. I was nervous as to what door to enter and then when I found it I took a turn and went to the wrong spot.
After paying $375.00 for my daughter and I you would think the lady at the desk would at least say hello and take me to the mystery room instead of being lazy and expecting customers to find it on their own. So of course I already had a bad taste in my mouth from the start.
I gave the three stars so I could at least give credit to the massage staff who did great. They are doing a great job but losing business because of the burnt out knucklehead at the desk. Hope the owner reads this. Time for a change at your front line employees cause they are not helping you out.
