On a Saturday on our way to Yosemite the heating coil on our Volvo blew. We got towed to their shop and they squeezed us in to bypass the coil so we could continue our vacation (they drove us into town so we could eat while they worked). Bad news when we got back, the bypass worked but now revealed a major problem with the engine. Long story short, we left the car there, they worked to see if it was just the head, but the block had a rusted crack. Thats the end of our car as its not worth replacing the engine. Les and Joe took great care of our family while we were without a car in Groveland, drove us to a hotel and helped my husband get a ride back to San Francisco so we could get another car. I am tempted to drive to Groveland for my auto care. For all the hours they spent on our car they charged us a minimal amount.
