We used the rental program and got burned.
We returned the books as per the guidelines and all were accepted and credit back but one.
The clerk told us that this particular book was no longer used and they did not want it back. This turned out to be an error on the clerk's part.
We were then charged for the non-returned book. We have e-mailed and called and finally got a very curt note saying they would not correct the error, then refused to further respond to questions.
Employee errors are understandable, but the company should step up and fix the problem rather than ignore contacts and rudely tell us to go fly a kite.
I would suggest TIS, they have a better reputation.
