I do have to say I feel sorry for the people who are tainting the Beacon Academy's name with this negativity. I have witnessed nothing but love, and kindness by all of the staff at Beacon since my children have been attending the last 2 years. They have become more like family than a daycare/school facility. My boys love waking up and going to school which tells me that their days must be filled with love, laughter and fun. I am a mother who loves her children tremendously and the thought of someone else giving care and love to my children always scared me because I never thought it would be enough. I always thought, who would take care of and watch my children like I do? I can say without a doubt the Beacon Academy does. I can leave in the morning feeling at ease watching their smiling faces as they greet their teachers and friends. As for the few negative comments surrounding Mrs. Joan, I have never seen disrespect on any level. What I have seen is a business owner who cares very much for her staff and children. What I have witnessed is Mrs. joan becoming very much a part of my life as well as my childrens. I couldn't be more thankful for finding them.
