I lucked out on a great deal via Eversave that allowed me to try out this cute little spot.
It's a little difficult to get to but well worth the trip. I've had the beet sandwich (OMG) and the roasted vegetable sandwich both were delicious and very pretty to look at.
When you walk in you're greeted with a cooler housing unfinished sandwich fillings. Upon order they fresh cut the bread and use this nifty contraption to deposit the filling within.
You can pair these with chips, an array of ""fancy"" juices and waters or a variety of baked goods.
It's a bit on the pricey side which means I can't come here every day but it's a treat when I can.
