Run as far as you can.
We drove 320 miles to meet the movers at our new home only to hear from the company 5 hours later that movers are still in NY as they had to do one more small job. Also they said that it is getting late and that the movers would leave first thing in the morning to deliver our stuff. We had to stay in the hotel that night with two of our kids that are 3 and 5.
Our bed frame was broken and they wouldn't give us a penny back just because it was made of press wood. We had no idea that press wood is not insured, nobody told us anything. I beg you to call someone else.
