I needed to find a driving school to teach me to drive since I didn't really have anyone else that had the time to do so.
The instructor I got was friendly and calm, which put me at ease. Unfortunately, I didn't think two lessons were enough, since I just moved here, don't know the area, and things are very different than what I'm used to. I also had little experience driving and was having difficulty with some things. I was surprised that I wasn't taught some important things, like how to park and parallel park. I still have some trouble with parking lots. My ""road test"" only consisted of driving to and from one place twice.
I haven't had my license for very long, and I already have to attend Traffic Survival School. I wanted to have more lessons, but was told I was ready (I disagreed) and that was all. I think that if I was able to take more lessons, I might not still be having some trouble on the road.
Pros: Friendly instructors
Cons: Wasn't taught some things I needed to know and couldn't schedule more lessons
