We at Upper Valley Automotive acknowledge that the tech that is no longer working at Upper Valley Automotive did indeed have a problem with Nancy Aniszewska's  KIA however we did offer to fix our problem for free even if I had to replace the engine on the shop expense. The customer did not want us to fix it and wanted a new engine from KIA. We are only human and human makes mistakes. It's how you fix the mistake its what you are most valued. Since Nancy didn't want us to make it right and insisted to get it her way, we have decided to let our shop insurance to take care of the claim. We at Upper Valley Automotive have terminated the tech that caused to the problem and as of Nov 2009 we now employed a certified ASE master tech and continue to grow.  We have been in business for four and half years and we continue to grow and gain new client everyday. We do our best and go the distance with our clients with honesty and respect.
