Star Pizza on Harvard St gave me the wrong pizza. I realized it when I got home and they offered to send the correct one right away. I waited for over an hour and ate some of the slices from the wrong pizza thinking they weren't going to show up with the new one. The driver eventually came and even asked for the old pizza back.
Later I received a phone call from the owner who was very abrasive. He claimed I ordered the wrong pizza on purpose and after I told him that was incorrect, he argued with me and contended that I was there to scam him out of a pizza {I have a well-paying career--I don't need to scam a pizza parlor out of $13}.
I told him it was unprofessional to accuse good customers of scamming and that he was losing a lot of money from this behavior since I planned to tell everyone I knew. He escalated to yelling and I told him I was recording the call (which I was) hoping that he would then calm down. His response was ""I don't care if you're recording. I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE"" which I took as a threat and ended the call.
Some people may have had a great experience at this restaurant but mine was absolutely horrific and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
