1 star is too high, even 1/2 a star would be too high. I wish there would have been an option to select 0. No one ever answers their phones there, they do not care about their customers. My community utilizes them as a property management company basically to fork over money to them and add to their paychecks yet the very same people that are forced to pay are treated horrible! They show no concern and consideration, are rude and unprofessional. They have no business working with the public.
