Unprofessional is the only word that comes to mind. I don't think I have ever had a worse customer experience, nor do I hope I ever will. The owner has some anger/personal issues, and he certainly does not know the basics of customer service. I would not ever want to deal with a manager or business owner with such an unstable personality again.
