Now that the New York Times mentioned them they have gotten overwhelmed and have lost control over their restaurant. Someone come manage this place, please! Overcrowded place on a great space of beach ruined by too many people with too few wait staff to feed them. Why on earth do tourists to the Hamptons put up with this kind of scene over and over again? I was there last night with a friend and had to move tables three times by earpiece guys who still couldn't explain why burger never came. After an hour and a half we left, still not having been served. Why take reservations if you're not going to keep control of your staff/customer ratio? The place might be in a nice location but as it stands now, it's a little like trying to get a $100 meal on the Long Island Railroad during rush hour.
