Masters Touch was beyond our expectation. The quality of their service is exceptional. Our carpets have never looked better, and some ugly old pet stains are completely gone. They were very gentle and respectful of all of our furniture (grand piano and formal dinning table) and assisted my husband in moving a few pieces of furniture. Our carpets look, smell and feel brand new! I recomend them highly!
