Ive had problems with my septic tank for a few weeks now, 3 different companies came out and spent hours trying to find my tank. my last call was Universal, which i know now should have been my first. they came out within an hour of my call and found my tank in about 20 mins. I couldnt believe the determination and drive they had to try to solve my problem. Very friendly and professional!! I recommend them to everyone, and I will call them for my future septic needs.
