My wife wrote them a check and 2 days later that same check number showed up at a Walmart for over $1400! I can only deduce that the check was altered by someone at the service and used. The owner was very reluctant to call me and when he did he was very rude and said it wasn't his problem, refused to discuss it and hung up on me. We recovered the money from the bank but I had to spend over $1000 having my entire house rekeyed since they had a key. He was so abrupt with me it made me even more suspicious. They are extremely expensive and their work had deteriorated but we thought they were safe. It doesn't do any good to be insured and bonded when you don't take any responsibilty. Bad news.
