Can't even give it rating: O out of 5 Stars. Cab drivers atrocious.
I had a $37.45 cab ride and the driver charged me $370.45 x 2 on top of the $37.45 I owed him. Accounting would NOT call my card company to reverse the charges and were reluctant to do anything to help.
