I'm in Baltimore and I found CapitolMac when I googled local Apple help because my iMac was not running right. This linked me to Dheeraj who got my iMac running smoothly again by switching email applications and installing a new operating system.
THEN my MacBook totally died. Dheeraj asked some questions over the phone then picked up my laptop to bring it in to the store. It turned out it needed a new hard drive -- fortunately it was still under warranty!
All of my dealings with CapitolMac have been courteous, professional and awesome. I highly recommend them and it would be great if they open new locations up in Baltimore.
