I spent almost a month reading reviews and calling or e-mailing moving companies, and the process was so hard. We were emotional about the move, since we were moving our daughter across the country, from California to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she is moving to attend graduate school. I had many questions and specific concerns, the primary one begin delivery time, as we were flying to Pittsburgh with our daughter to get her all moved in and set up in her new place. However, the delivery window with all of the movers was VERY wide, and it put us in a panic. I finally contacted CANYEX and from start to finish, from Elizabeth to Hector to the young men who loaded us to the driver and his assistant who unloaded us, everyone was extremely helpful and understanding of our concerns. We were hoping for a delivery no later than August 4th, and imagine our pleasure when we received the call that delivery would be on the 2nd! NOTHING was missing from the load, and we have unpacked now, and NOTHING is broken. I would HIGHLY recommend CANYEX to anyone who needs support and a smooth move!
