Andy the manager was a joy to deal with, he was willing to go out of his way to make us happy and took care of even a small issue that very moment. Great staff, great hotel and that's why we stay there everytime we shop at Birch Run. We've stayed in much more expensive 4-5 Star hotel's where I was not as satisfies as I am with the service I recieved from Andy and his staff. We'll be back next spring.
