I have dealt with Frazee on a number of occassions - their customer service is excellent, and I have been very pleased with their work. One one occassion, when I had just moved to the area, I was having Bruce floors installed by an independent contractor. I had not even bought the flooring from them - I had ordered the material prior to my move. They gave us great technical advice, got a rush order on some required installation materials I hadn't know I needed, and were VERY helpful. I also used them when I needed some repairs, and they were just great to deal with.
