I read a lot of Yahoo reviewers who wrote put-downs of Universal AKB's customer service. I put in my order and left them alone. I received my kitchen range two weeks later, after it made a trip from Los Angeles to Portland via motor freight. It was still a better deal than I could get locally. Universal provided the best service that can be provided. They processed the order and shipped it fast in my view. They didn't give me needless information. They informed me that they would ship, and they did. That is the best any merchant can do. The deal was at a good price, they were easy to do business with, and they delivered. I'm a happy customer. I recommend them to everybody
