I have been going to this salon for 4 or 5 years, and as each year goes by, the quality of the staff declines. The front desk isn't as friendly or genuine. The great stylists seem to move on to other salons. My last haircut was with Joey, and I was terribly disappointed. She made unprofessional and disparaging comments about a former coworker. Additionally, I was left with poorly blended layers and uneven angles.
