I just moved to the area about 3mo ago. Just had my first visit and I was very impressed with the how smooth they operated. My wait was not long at all, for my first visit. The office was decorated very nice. They gave me this cute coffee mug for coming in. I did have a choice between that or a nice looking water bottle. I will be returning.
