We walked in, and were greeted by an aquarium, puzzles, books, legos, and coloring books with crayons! Both of my kids were able to enjoy themselves while waiting. Then, one of the staff members approached my daughter and just chatted with her, so she became comfortable. She left and then came back later when it was time, and my daughter went along happily, due to their first conversation no doubt. They connected, had fun in the room, and she patiently coaxed cooperation out of my daughter. I felt very welcome, and felt like the staff there loves kids, and really appreciated working with them. Loved them!
