I contacted Roto Rooter on a Sunday and to my surprise they called back and said they had an available technician that could come over and address my problem. I was definitely not expecting same day service but they came through for me. When the technician (Josh) came over, he quickly checked out the issue and educated me on what the problem was and how best to fix it. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and very professional. The cost was reasonable and the work was done in a short amount of time without disrupting my house. I was very pleased with Roto Rooter and would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing and drain service.
