I had a pipe leaking in my crawl space. I called Roto-Rooter for assistance, and they couldn't have sent a better technician. He said normally they have to send two technicians to service problems in crawl spaces, which would have cost me twice the labor. He called to see if he could do the work himself since my crawl space was at least 3 1/2 feet high, and has plastic covering the rocks. He wasn't able to get approval the same day as it was getting late, so he followed-up the next day. I was elated when he called to tell me he was allowed to perform the service himself at half the price it would have cost me if two technicians did the work. He kept me informed of all the work he was doing and was very professional. He also made other money-saving recommendations for me to consider in the future. I would definitely do business with Roto-Rooter again, as they were customer-focused and not out to rip me off. Great job!
