They were 2 hours late, took 9 hours to get from new york to Boston b/c of "two accidents and traffic" on top of a flat tire and later running out of gas and being stranded on the road. We left at the same time and got to Boston in 4.5 hours via bus. They ended up charging 50% more than what was quoted and demanded a 20% tip! They called their boss, who insulted us and threatened to take our stuff away if we didn't pay. Never use them.
