My now-husband and I looked all over eastern iowa for a unique engagement ring and unfortunatley we found it here. Not that the ring isn't absolutely beautiful, but the service leaves a LOT to be desired. For starters, my beautiful center stone was sodered into the ring crooked. I don't understand how you let something like that leave your store...??? They told my husband it was crooked when they gave it to him so not sure why they were okay with the lack of quality to begin with. Then after wearing the ring for only a year one of the prongs fell off... so I brought it in to be fixed.... they treated me like a pest rather than a valued customer whose husband dropped nearly $10,000 there. To make mattters worse, that prong repair only lasted 3 months, and they never again "noticed" the crooked center stone. After all these stops in their store including the several my husband made to purchase the ring never once did they recognize us or treat us well. I initially felt good about
